CORE Calendar

These terms govern use of the scheduling application operated by CORE Marketing Group (“we”, “us”) at cal.cored.app (the “Service”). By signing in or booking a meeting through the Service, you agree to them.

What the Service is

The Service is a private deployment of Cal.diy, an open-source scheduling application, operated for the internal use of our staff. It lets account holders publish booking links and lets invitees reserve time on their calendars. It is not a public product and is not offered for sale.

Who may hold an account

Accounts are created by us for our staff and authorized personnel. Accounts are not available through public registration. You may not share your account credentials or let another person use your account.

Connecting calendars

Account holders may connect third-party calendar accounts, including personal ones, so the Service can calculate accurate availability. Connecting a calendar is voluntary. By connecting one, you confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and you authorize the Service to read busy times and to create, update, and cancel events arising from bookings. You may disconnect any calendar at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or to harass anyone.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to reach.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by automated scraping or by overwhelming it with requests.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Bookings

A booking made through the Service is a scheduling record, not a contract for services. We may cancel, reschedule, or decline any booking. Meeting times displayed depend on the accuracy of connected calendars and the time zone reported by your device; we do not guarantee that displayed availability is free of error.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Service. You grant us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the Service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability of the Service

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may suspend, modify, or discontinue it at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, or at our discretion. We are not obligated to retain your data after an account is closed.

Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party providers, including calendar and video conferencing platforms. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Open-source software

The Service is built on Cal.diy, licensed under the MIT License. That software is provided by its authors without warranty. We operate this deployment; the upstream project’s authors are not responsible for it and provide no support for it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed meetings arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms. Account holders may request that their account be closed at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Troup County, Georgia.
